Insulated copper pipe 10 + 18 mm – 20 meter roll

This high-quality insulated copper piping is a practical solution for professional applications in refrigeration, air conditioning, and climate control. The set consists of two copper pipes with an outer diameter of 10 mm and 18 mm and is supplied on a 20-meter roll. The combination of pipe sizes makes this set suitable for various professional refrigeration installations.

The pipes are manufactured from high-quality, flexible copper and have a constant wall thickness of 1 mm. This ensures a robust and reliable construction, while the copper remains easy to work with during installation and assembly. The 10 mm and 18 mm pipes can be used in various cooling and air conditioning systems, depending on the required specifications and operating pressure of the installation.

Both pipes are equipped with 10 mm insulation. The insulation features a heat-resistant inner layer that can withstand temperatures up to 110 °C. The insulated design helps limit heat transfer and contributes to reducing condensation. As a result, this copper pipe is suitable for applications where reliable thermal insulation is important.

The insulation is not UV-resistant. When installing in locations where the conduit is exposed to direct sunlight or other UV radiation, the insulation must therefore be additionally protected. Suitable adhesive tape or a mounting channel can be used for this purpose. This prevents unnecessary exposure of the insulation to UV radiation and helps support its lifespan.

The copper piping complies with EN 13501-1 and has fire class BL-s1-d0. Additionally, the piping is suitable for all types of refrigerants, depending on the operating pressure and the technical requirements of the specific installation. This makes this set widely applicable within professional refrigeration and air conditioning.

Each roll has a length of 20 meters and is individually packed in a high-quality box. This ensures practical storage and protects the piping during transport. The combination of high-quality flexible copper, a constant wall thickness of 1 mm, and 10 mm insulation makes this insulated copper piping a reliable choice for professional installers and companies in the hospitality, refrigeration, and climate control industries.
