Faults and Repairs


How long you are entitled to warranty varies by manufacturer and product. On our website you can see how long you have your warranty. Your purchase receipt is your warranty card and depending on the product, the warranty period ranges from 1 to 5 years. By wear, misuse or damage by intent not obviously true warranty. Received defective, damaged or incomplete product?

If you have received a damaged product, please contact the customer service! We advise you to check your order immediately upon receipt. Our contact address is [email protected]

When your order is already in receipt is defective, please get in touch with the customer service. They will gladly help you with the right settlement.

If anything is missing your product, please contact as soon as possible with the customer service. Always check the packaging, perhaps the missing part in it backward. Common accessories are clamped in a recess of the styrofoam. A cord is usually packed in the manual. The manual states whether a particular accessory is optional.

If your product is defective, go through the following steps: check the manual of the article. It is perhaps a solution to the problem. Check the website of the manufacturer of the product. In many cases, there are the most up-to-date solutions to problems.

Should the problem persist, please always contact our customer service. You will receive the proper instructions on how we can solve this problem for you.

Small repair?

If the defect within the warranty, the repair is often free, otherwise we charge a fee. Do not want surprises, please call our customer service in advance. Make sure you also have your customer number or invoice number ready and we'll tell you about what the repair costs.  

Major repair?

When speaking of a major repair, make sure you have your customer number or the serial number. We'll tell you if it's defective repair, what about the costs and whether we come to your location to repair it. Also hear or repair under warranty.
