Insulated copper pipe 1/4" + 1/2" – 20 meter roll
This high-quality insulated copper piping is suitable for professional applications in air conditioning, refrigeration, and climate control. The piping consists of 1/4" and 1/2" copper tubing and is supplied on a 20-meter roll. This makes the roll a practical choice for both new installations and maintenance and assembly work.
The copper pipes are manufactured from high-quality, flexible copper and feature a constant wall thickness of 0.8 mm. Thanks to their flexible properties, the material is easy to work with and bends well during installation. The combination of 1/4" and 1/2" pipes makes this set suitable for various professional air conditioning and refrigeration applications.
Both pipes are equipped with high-quality PE insulation. The insulation thickness is 9 mm for the 1/4" pipe and 10 mm for the 1/2" pipe. The insulation consists of two layers of resilient PE jacket with a closed cell structure on the inside and outside. This ensures good thermal insulation and effectively limits condensation.
The insulation features a sturdy outer wall that provides extra protection during transport, installation, and use. Despite this robust construction, the copper piping remains easy to work with. The insulation is designed to bend without quickly forming creases, allowing the piping to be laid neatly while maintaining its insulating properties.
The inner layer of the insulation is heat-resistant up to 110 °C. With a maximum thermal conductivity of 0.043 W/mK, the insulation material has a high insulation value. This contributes to the efficient operation of cooling and air conditioning systems and helps prevent unwanted condensation around the pipes.
The copper cable complies with EN 13501-1 and has fire class BL-s1-d0. The protective caps feature clear color coding: black for the 1/4" cable and blue for the 1/2" cable. This makes it easy to distinguish the different cable sizes during installation.
