This Heavy Duty lava stone grill has been developed for the intensive grilling of meat, fish, and vegetables in professional catering kitchens. The lava stones provide a characteristic grilled and barbecue flavor, while the double grill plate offers space to prepare multiple products simultaneously.

The angled grilling area is height-adjustable, allowing the distance between the product and the heat source to be adjusted. The V-shaped stainless steel grill plates drain excess fat in a controlled manner into the removable drip tray. This helps limit unwanted grease buildup and simplifies cleaning.

The analog temperature control has a range of 100 to 300°C. The grill is equipped with a pilot flame, piezoelectric ignition, and a safety valve with a thermocouple. The seamlessly welded top and removable parts ensure a hygienic and low-maintenance design.

The appliance is configured for natural gas as standard. A conversion kit for propane and butane gas is included. The gas connection and any conversion must be carried out by a qualified installer. You can contact HorecaTraders for suitable parts, accessories, and an optional base.
