R-Mix function
For mixing delicate products without cutting them.
The R-Mix function allows you to use the variable speed from 60 to 500rpm* in reverse rotation, cook meat and mix whole ingredients such as crayfish in terrines, raisins in brioche dough, or diced vegetables in mousses or terrines.
