R-Mix function
For mixing delicate products without cutting them.
The R-Mix function allows you to use the variable speed from 60 to 500 rpm* in reverse, to prepare meat and mix whole ingredients such as crayfish into terrines, raisins into brioche dough, or diced vegetables into mousses or terrines.
