This professional saladette refrigerated work table combines a spacious refrigerated base cabinet with a practical top compartment for gastronorm containers. This ensures that frequently used ingredients remain chilled and immediately within reach while preparing salads, sandwiches, pizzas, and other dishes.

The upper compartment accommodates up to four GN 1/1 containers with a maximum depth of 150 mm. The total stated storage capacity of the upper compartment is a maximum of 54 liters. The gastronorm containers are sold separately. At the front, there is a cutting board measuring 1370 x 135 mm, which offers additional workspace for preparing and assembling dishes.

The refrigerated base cabinet has a capacity of 368 liters and is equipped with three adjustable shelves and three floor protectors. The three solid, self-closing doors help limit temperature loss. The interior space can also be used for matching GN containers, allowing the top compartment to be quickly refilled during busy shifts.

Fan-assisted cooling distributes cold air evenly and supports rapid temperature recovery after opening a door. The temperature range is digitally adjustable from +2 to +8°C. Automatic defrosting helps maintain cooling performance and limits maintenance requirements.

The professional stainless steel construction is strong and easy to clean. Sturdy, adjustable legs ensure stable placement. The saladette is suitable for use at ambient temperatures of 5 to 32°C and uses the natural refrigerant R600a.
