This digital pocket thermometer has been developed for quick and easy temperature checks. Thanks to its compact pocket size, the thermometer can be easily carried and kept within reach. This makes it suitable for professional kitchens, the hospitality industry, food production, storage, and receiving inspections.

The thermometer has a measuring range of -50 to 200 °C. The temperature is displayed in increments of 0.1 °C, and the stated accuracy is ±0.5 °C. This makes the device suitable for checking both chilled and hot products.

The stainless steel probe has a length of 122 mm. It can be used to measure the temperature in foodstuffs, liquids, and other suitable products. The slim design supports targeted temperature measurement.

The controls consist of two buttons. One button is used to switch the thermometer on and off. The second button operates the min/max memory function. This allows the lowest and highest recorded readings to be easily viewed.

The housing has an IP66 rating, protecting it against dust and powerful water jets. This makes the thermometer suitable for professional work environments where cleaning is performed regularly. The device comes with a 3V CR2032 lithium battery, allowing it to be used immediately.
