This professional refrigerated-freezer workbench combines a sturdy stainless steel work surface with two independently operated storage drawers. Each drawer can be set up for refrigeration or freezing as needed. This allows chilled and frozen ingredients to be kept within easy reach at the same time.

Each drawer accommodates two GN 1/1 containers with a maximum depth of 150 mm. A total of four GN 1/1 containers can be placed, providing a combined GN capacity of approximately 80 liters. The heavy-duty stainless steel drawers each have a maximum load capacity of 50 kg. With the drawers fully open, the total depth of the workbench is approximately 1300 mm.

The powerful mechanical ventilation supports even temperature distribution and rapid temperature recovery after opening a drawer. Both drawers feature separate digital controls and temperature display. Automatic defrosting reduces maintenance requirements and helps maintain cooling performance.

The interior and exterior are made of low-maintenance stainless steel. Thanks to the sturdy, lockable swivel casters, the workbench can be easily moved for installation and cleaning. The device requires only one power connection and operates on 230 V.

The workbench uses the natural refrigerant R290 with a GWP value of 3. The specified ambient temperature range is 16 to 32°C. This makes this model suitable for professional use in restaurants, hotels, commercial kitchens, and other hospitality establishments.
