In the heated “au-bain-marie” version, the Bereila Sauce Bar is available with one, two or three sauce containers. The heated sauce bar has one or more NEOdis siphon dispensers as standard. On request, Bereila supplies special dispensers for shashlik sauce (and similar sauces with small pieces of vegetables) as well as for chocolate sauce.

Hot sauces retain their temperature perfectly and do not stick. The sauce stays fresh and delicious!

The heated sauce bar from Bereila has a heating system consisting of a stainless steel heating element and a continuously adjustable thermostat, adjustable to a maximum of 85 degrees Celsius. The Sauce Bar is also equipped with a boil-dry protection that prevents the heating element from burning out if there is no or insufficient water in the system.
