This professional electric induction hob features two cooking zones and a total power output of 7 kW. The appliance is suitable for use in professional kitchens, company restaurants, catering environments, and other locations where fast and precise cooking is required.

The housing is made of stainless steel and features a 4 mm thick glass cooking surface. This ensures a sturdy, professional construction and a flat surface that is easy to clean. The cooking zones are suitable for induction pans with a diameter of up to 300 mm.

With up to eleven heat levels, the power can be precisely tailored to the preparation. The temperature is controlled by practical rotary switches, allowing both zones to be operated quickly and clearly. Built-in overheat protection helps protect the appliance during intensive use.

The induction hob operates on a 400 V, 3N, three-phase power connection at 50 to 60 Hz. Due to the connection capacity of 7 kW, the electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified installer and checked beforehand.

Please note: the provided technical information mentions both two zones of 3.5 kW and a maximum power of 5 kW for zone 2. Since the total connected load is 7 kW, we advise checking the exact maximum power per zone before ordering.
