This professional induction hob features two cooking zones positioned one behind the other. Thanks to the compact glass surface of 290 x 470 mm, the appliance offers two cooking options without taking up unnecessary space on the worktop.

Both cooking zones have a diameter of 220 mm and deliver a maximum of 1800 W during normal use. When extra power is required, the power can be switched to the front cooking zone. With the boost function, this zone delivers a maximum of 3500 W. The total connected load of the appliance is 3.5 kW.

The electronic controls consist of practical rotary knobs and a digital display. With nine power levels, the heat can be precisely adjusted to the cooking process. Automatic pan detection ensures that energy is supplied only when a suitable induction pan is placed on the cooking zone.

Built-in overheating protection helps protect the induction hob and the cookware used. The cooking surface is made of strong SCHOTT CERAN and the housing of high-quality chrome-nickel steel. The black and silver finish has a professional appearance and is easy to keep clean.

The appliance operates on 230 V and is supplied ready for connection. With dimensions of 340 x 590 x 110 mm and a weight of 11.1 kg, the hob is relatively easy to install in professional kitchens with limited workspace.
