Fumigation
Examples of products where gas injection is common are: chopped lettuce, leafy vegetables, minced meat, steak, cooked fish, bake-off products, chips and ready meals. Which gas mixture is most suitable depends on the product. Your gas supplier can best inform you about the optimal composition.

1-2 trenn seal

For a beautiful presentation of your product, you can choose the Trenn seal option. With this option, the second standard sealing wire is replaced by a cutting wire. This allows you to easily remove the residual film from the bag. Suitable for Marlin 52.




Sensor control

Regardless of the volume, always achieve the desired final vacuum. That is the biggest advantage of sensor control. The vacuum machine detects by means of a sensor when the pre-programmed final vacuum percentage is reached. Very practical for vacuum packaging of different quantities and types of products.

liquidcontrol

Moist or liquid products can quickly reach the boiling point during vacuuming. Moist products can even boil cold. That is why Henkelman has equipped sensor control with an additional option: the Liquid Control function. If you activate this function, the sensor will quickly and accurately detect the vapor phase of a moist or liquid product. This prevents the product from reaching the boiling point during vacuuming. This way you avoid harmful consequences for the product and the machine.

LCD or Advanced Control System
With this option, the vacuum packing machine is easily programmed by means of an LCD.

Thermal label printer.

Data such as product name, vacuum level achieved, storage temperature, production date and shelf life are automatically printed during the packaging cycle.

Angled insert plate for liquid products

An inclined insert plate offers convenience when vacuum packaging liquid or powdery products. Because the vacuum bag with the product can be placed in the chamber at an angle, liquids and powders remain perfectly in place. Suitable for all boxer models.

Adapter external vacuum
With this function, vacuum can be applied to special food packaging. You can think of GN baking outside the machine. Suitable for all Boxer Machines.
