This professional Bluetooth probe thermometer has been developed for fast and accurate temperature measurements in professional kitchens, hospitality, catering, and food production. The thermometer reaches the measured temperature within just one second, enabling efficient checks to be carried out.

The stainless steel probe is equipped with an integrated type K thermocouple and has a length of 115 mm. The measuring range is from -50 to 300 °C, with a resolution of 0.1 °C and a specified accuracy of ±0.4 °C. Thanks to Bluetooth, measurement data can be transferred wirelessly to a compatible device.

The automatically illuminated cool-white display is easy to read and adapts to the user position. The ergonomic design can be rotated 360°. The two buttons control the on/off function and the min/max memory. The temperature display can be easily set to degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit.

The motion-sensitive sleep mode helps limit battery consumption when the thermometer is not in use. Thanks to the IP67 rating, the housing is well protected against water and dust. The device complies with the European standard EN 13485 and comes with a calibration certificate.
