This digital probe thermometer is suitable for quick temperature checks in professional kitchens, the hospitality industry, food production, storage, and during receiving inspections. The wide measuring range of -50 to 300 °C makes the thermometer suitable for both chilled and hot products.

The thermometer features a stainless steel probe with a length of 115 mm. The reduced tip ensures a faster response and can be easily inserted into various food items. The measurement is displayed in increments of 0.1 °C and has a stated accuracy of ±0.5 °C.

The large LCD screen makes the temperature easy to read. Operation consists of two buttons: one button for switching on and off, and one button for the minimum and maximum temperatures. The min/max function allows the lowest and highest measured values to be easily monitored.

After ten minutes of inactivity, the thermometer switches off automatically. This helps conserve battery power and prevents the device from remaining switched on unnecessarily. The included CR2032 battery ensures that the thermometer can be put into immediate use.

Thanks to the IP66 rating, the housing is protected against dust and powerful water jets. This makes the thermometer suitable for use in professional work environments where cleaning is performed regularly. Do not fully immerse the device in water.
