The professional BY45T bread slicer from the BYZANCE series by the French company SOFINOR is the solution for quickly and easily slicing various types of bread. For optimal ease of use, the bread is simply placed into the device from the top, and the semi-automatic system is activated using the lever on the side, after which the device performs the rest of the slicing itself.

The bread slicing machine has a large capacity for loaves up to a maximum of 440 mm wide and 180 mm high, or round loaves up to Ø 300 mm. Additionally, there is a choice of 3 different standard versions of the machine, each with a fixed slicing thickness of 9 mm, 11 mm, or 13 mm. And upon request, slicing thicknesses of up to 18 mm are even possible.

The device complies with European Directive 2006/42/EC and features a large emergency stop button for optimal safety. The device's robust steel housing comes standard with a high-quality white coating (RAL 9010), but the SOFINOR BYZANCE series can also be finished in other RAL colors upon request. Furthermore, a matching mobile base with a bottom shelf is available separately, and replacement blades are also available upon request!

Please note that the device can only be ordered as standard with a fixed cutting thickness of 9 mm, 11 mm, or 13 mm. The displayed delivery time applies only to the version with a cutting thickness of 11 mm; a minimum delivery time of 8 weeks applies to the other cutting thicknesses.
