The Sanomat Industrie-Bako whipped cream machine is available in a version with manual control. The model is equipped with a connection for a foot switch as standard. The whipped cream is available immediately and in the right quantity by pressing a button, so that no valuable whipped cream is lost. With a garnish hose, the produced whipped cream can be sprayed directly without post-processing. The high processing speed of 160 litres of unwhipped cream per hour makes the Sanomat Industrie-Bako an ideal production whipped cream machine.

Optional accessories such as a choux pin and a foot switch are available.
