The HUPFER COOLSTAPLER BDC/UK 50-50 is an enclosed basket stacker with forced cooling, specifically designed for storing and cooling portioned cold dishes in baskets of 500 × 500 or 508 × 508 mm. The standard base basket is included, and with optional extra baskets, you increase the capacity to up to eight items.

The height-adjustable platform always remains at a comfortable retrieval height, thanks to the manually adjustable spring system. The smooth stainless steel housing is fully insulated, features a removable basket as a platform, and is easy to clean from the top, as well as a lockable bottom opening.

The forced cooling with CFC-free refrigerant ensures even temperature distribution, while the double-walled cover with silicone seal limits energy loss. Thanks to the ergonomic push handles, corner bumpers, and four swivel casters (two of which have brakes), the stacker is easy and safe to move. With a height of 900 mm, you always work at the right height, ideal for serving cold dishes.
