Notice – Fuel surcharge on transport shipments

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you about a possible fuel surcharge on certain transport shipments.

Due to fluctuations in current fuel prices, transport companies may apply an additional fuel surcharge. When such a surcharge applies to a shipment, we are required to pass these additional transport costs on to the customer.

The amount and application of the fuel surcharge depend on the transport company, the nature of the shipment and current fuel costs. As a result, the surcharge may vary from one delivery to another.

Whenever a fuel surcharge applies, it will be clearly stated as a separate item on your invoice.

We aim to keep our transport costs as transparent as possible and thank you for your understanding.
