- Speed: variable speed from 2300 - 9600 rpm, 500 - 1800 rpm for whisk.

Execution:

- Removable stainless steel blade, bell and rod.

- Bar equipped with a 3-level sealing system

Comes with:

- Detachable stainless steel blade and emulsifying disc, bell and rod with a length of
300 mm.

- Beater / whisk 22 cm

- 1 stainless steel wall bracket.

Functions: on/off switch depending on the model, variable speed specially developed for flexible use and to adjust the speed of preparation.

Clock with blade completely demountable for ease of cleaning.

Cast stainless steel blade ensures perfect hygiene and is designed for making thickened soups and sauces.

Het is niet mijn eerste RobotCoupe, de vorige raakte ik kwijt in de boedelscheiding. Ben dan ook blij dat ik dit professionele apparaat weer in mijn keuken heb. Bij HorecaTraders noemen ze het een staafmixer... en dan doen ze RobotCoupe echt tekort. RobotCoupe overtreft alle staafmixers. Kortom een staafmixer van hoogwaardig kwaliteit! Ik ben er zeer tevreden mee.
