High capacity electric pizza oven for professional use – with double oven chamber

This electric pizza oven is built for intensive performance in professional kitchens such as pizzerias, bakeries and catering establishments. With space for 2 x 6 pizzas of Ø30 cm, this oven offers an excellent combination of volume, speed and control.

The oven has two spacious compartments of 620 x 920 x 150 mm , each with internal lighting for optimum visibility of the baking process. Thanks to an adjustable temperature range of +85 to +455°C, this oven is suitable for traditional pizzas as well as other dough products and oven dishes.

The construction is robust and designed for continuous use. With an electrical power of 12 kW, the oven delivers constant performance, and the connection requires power current (400V) . This version is not plug-in ready , which is common for ovens in this segment.
