This professional ice cube machine produces up to 58 kg of ice per 24 hours under optimal conditions and features a built-in storage hopper with a capacity of 26 kg. The machine makes compact, hard, and uniformly shaped ice cubes measuring 28 x 28 x 32 mm. This makes it suitable for restaurants, cafes, hotels, bars, and other hospitality businesses with a regular need for ice.

Thanks to the electronic controls, the production process is automatically managed. Fresh water is used during every production cycle. Water is injected into each closed ice mold via a special water jet. Automatic rinsing cycles remove minerals and other impurities, contributing to clear ice and helping to limit the formation of limescale.

The closed water circuit protects the ice production process from contamination. Additionally, the built-in UV-C function disinfects the air and water. The magnetically driven DC water pump has no direct shaft seal, reducing the risk of leakage. The variable pump speed contributes to a uniform shape of the ice cubes.

The ice machine features a stainless steel AISI 430 exterior and a galvanized steel back. The air filter and door seals are removable, making the machine easy to clean and maintain. The natural R290 refrigerant and the air-cooled cooling system ensure efficient operation.

Thanks to the plug-and-play design, the machine can be installed quickly. An internal drain pump, scoop, legs, and installation kit are included as standard. The accessible control panel supports simple daily operation.
