Insulated aluminium tubing 1/4 + 1/2 inch – 30 meter roll

This insulated 1/4 + 1/2 inch aluminium duct is a practical solution for professional applications in air conditioning, refrigeration, and climate control. The duct is supplied on a 30-meter roll and consists of two aluminium pipes with outside diameters of 6.35 mm and 12.70 mm. This makes this version suitable for installations where different pipe diameters are combined.

The pipe is manufactured from high-quality, flexible aluminium and features a constant wall thickness. The 1/4 inch pipe has a wall thickness of 0.8 mm, while the 1/2 inch pipe has a wall thickness of 1.3 mm. Thanks to the flexible aluminium, both pipes are easy to handle during assembly and installation.

The 1/4 inch pipe features 9 mm insulation and the 1/2 inch pipe features 10 mm insulation. The high-quality PE jacket consists of two resilient layers and features a hard, white outer wall. The inner layer is heat-resistant up to 120 °C and offers good protection around the aluminium pipes.

The insulation is designed not to wrinkle easily during bending. This makes the pipe practical to work with when following various pipe routes. The inner and outer walls feature a closed cell structure, which contributes to the insulating properties of the product.

With a thermal conductivity of up to 0.043 W/mK, the insulation offers a high insulation value. Additionally, the closed cell structure helps limit heat transfer and condensation. As a result, this pipe is suitable for professional applications where a well-insulated cooling or air conditioning pipe is desired.

The aluminium cable complies with EN 13501-1 and has fire class BL-s1-d0. The protective caps are finished in black and blue, allowing the two different cable sizes to be easily distinguished during installation.

The 30-meter roll is delivered in a separate box. This ensures practical packaging during transport and storage. Thanks to the combination of flexible aluminium, various pipe diameters, high-quality PE insulation, and a heat-resistant inner layer, this version is suitable for various professional applications in air conditioning, refrigeration, and climate control.
