All Henkelman Vacuum Machine options are explained below:
Soft Air
This function gradually and in a controlled manner ventilates the room for optimum results.
Fumigation
Examples of products where gas injection is common are: cut lettuce, leafy vegetables, minced meat, steak, cooked fish, baked goods, chips and ready-made meals. Which gas mixture is most suitable depends on the product. Your gas supplier can best inform you about the optimal composition.
1-2 tread seal
For a beautiful presentation of your product you can choose the Trenn seal option. With this option the second standard sealing wire is replaced by a cutting wire. This allows you to easily remove the remaining foil from the bag.
Seal bi- active
This sealing option with sealing bars on both sides of the bag is mainly used for aluminum bags and thick bags that are more difficult to seal.
ESD
Special option for preventing damage by ESD Electrostatic Discharge. This option is widely used for packaging electronic components such as wafers, chips, motherboards, prints, etc.
Sensor control
Regardless of the volume, always achieve the desired final vacuum. That is the biggest advantage of sensor control. The vacuum machine detects by means of a sensor when the pre-programmed percentage of final vacuum is reached. Very practical for vacuum packaging different quantities and types of products.
Liquid Control
Moist or liquid products can quickly reach boiling point during vacuuming. Moist products can even boil when cold. That is why Henkelman has equipped sensor control with an additional option: the Liquid Control function. If you activate this function, the sensor will quickly and accurately signal the vapour phase of a moist or liquid product. This prevents the product from reaching boiling point during vacuuming. This prevents harmful effects on the product and the machine.
LCD or Advanced Control System
With this option the vacuum machine can be easily programmed using an LCD.
Inclined insert plate for liquid products
An inclined insert plate offers convenience when vacuum packing liquid or powdery products. Because the vacuum bag with the product can be placed in the chamber at an angle, liquids and powders remain perfectly in place.
