Our containers are made of 304 stainless steel (food grade).
The grease separator intended to be placed in the kitchen (under the sink) must be connected to the central drain or directly to the siphon. Any ovens or other grease-producing appliances can also be connected. It is not recommended to connect dishwashers, because the degreasing products incorporated in them for cleaning attack the grease collected on the sink.
The grease trap must be easily accessible to facilitate emptying. Placed on the ground and equipped with removable jacks, its height can be adjusted.
The watertightness of the container is guaranteed by a latch closure (absence of odors) and 1 rubber seal.
