For well-functioning machines we recommend the following:

- Regularly check the oil level, silicone strip, lid rubber and Teflon tape.

- Replace the oil if it is contaminated or if the silicone strip, lid rubber or Teflon tape is worn.

- Change the oil at least every 6 months.
