This black 360-liter pastry display case has been developed for a striking and organized presentation of pastries, cakes, desserts, and other refrigerated products. The five rotating shelves ensure that products are visible from various angles. This makes the display case particularly suitable for bakeries, lunchrooms, restaurants, cafes, and other professional hospitality businesses.

The round shelves are made of mirror glass and each have a diameter of 470 mm. The carousel rotates using a roller bearing and therefore does not operate based on torsional stress. As soon as the door is opened, the shelves automatically stop rotating. This makes it easier to safely place products or remove them from the display case.

The internal LED lighting clearly illuminates the displayed products. Thanks to the triple-glazed walls, the contents remain clearly visible while simultaneously supporting effective insulation. The door is equipped with a practical magnetic closure.

The top-mounted ventilated evaporator supports an even distribution of cold air. The temperature range of +2 to +10 °C can be set via the electronic controller. The display case also features automatic defrosting, a built-in tropical compressor unit, and R290 refrigerant. Four double wheels make the appliance easier to move and position.
