This black 360-liter pastry display case has been developed for the refrigerated presentation of pastries, cakes, desserts, and other delicacies. The tall, slim design offers ample display space without taking up unnecessary floor space. This makes the display case suitable for bakeries, lunchrooms, cafes, restaurants, and other professional hospitality businesses.

The five included 535 x 495 mm shelves, together with the base, form six display levels. Thanks to the internal LED lighting, all products are clearly and attractively illuminated. The triple-glazed walls offer a clear view of the contents and simultaneously contribute to effective insulation.

The ventilated evaporator is located at the top of the display case and ensures an even distribution of cold air. The temperature range of +2 to +10 °C can be set via the electronic controller. Automatic defrosting reduces the required daily maintenance. The door is equipped with a practical magnetic closure.

The built-in tropical compressor unit uses the refrigerant R290. For easy movement and positioning, the pastry display case stands on four double wheels. Due to the weight of 130 kg, the appliance must always be placed on a stable and level surface.
