This pocket-sized digital probe thermometer is suitable for quickly checking temperatures during the preparation, storage, and processing of food. The wide measuring range of -40 to 232 °C makes the thermometer suitable for both chilled products and hot dishes.

The probe has a length of 121 mm and is equipped with a 19 mm tip. This allows the thermometer to be easily inserted into various types of food. The temperature is displayed digitally with a resolution of 0.1 °C.

Thanks to the maximum memory, the highest recorded temperature can be read back. The thermometer features an on/off button and switches off automatically after approximately ten minutes. This helps prevent unnecessary battery drain.

The waterproof and dishwasher-safe design supports hygienic use in professional kitchens. Additionally, the thermometer is recalibrable, allowing the reading to be readjusted if necessary. The required Type 392 battery is included.
