Insulated copper pipe 22 mm – 20 meter roll
This high-quality 22 mm insulated copper pipe is a practical solution for professional applications in air conditioning, refrigeration, and climate control. The copper pipe has an outer diameter of 22.00 mm and is supplied on a 20-meter roll. This length is suitable for various professional installation, maintenance, and assembly tasks.
The piping is manufactured from high-quality, flexible copper and features a constant wall thickness of 1.0 mm. Thanks to the flexible copper, the piping is easy to work with during installation and can be efficiently installed along the desired piping route. This makes this copper piping suitable for professional installers and technical services working with cooling and air conditioning systems.
10 mm thick PE insulation surrounds the copper pipe. The insulation features a heat-resistant inner layer suitable for temperatures up to 110 °C. As a result, the pipe offers a practical combination of protection and thermal insulation for professional refrigeration applications.
The insulation is not UV-resistant. When the pipe is installed in a location where it is exposed to direct sunlight or other UV radiation, it is recommended to protect the pipe with suitable adhesive tape or mounting channels. This allows the insulation to be additionally protected against prolonged UV exposure.
The copper piping is suitable for all types of refrigerants, depending on the operating pressure and the requirements of the specific installation. This allows the piping to be used within various professional refrigeration systems. The combination of flexible copper and a constant wall thickness makes the piping practical to work with during installation and assembly.
The piping complies with EN 13501-1 and has fire class BL-s1-d0. Each roll is packed to a high standard in a separate box. This ensures the product remains well protected during transport and storage, and the roll is easy to handle on site.
With a length of 20 meters, this insulated copper pipe offers a practical amount of material for professional projects. The combination of an outer diameter of 22.00 mm, a wall thickness of 1.0 mm, 10 mm insulation, and a heat-resistant inner layer makes this pipe a practical choice for applications in air conditioning, refrigeration, and climate control systems.
