Insulated copper pipe 1/4" + 1/2" – 5 meter roll
This high-quality insulated copper piping has been developed for professional applications in air conditioning, refrigeration, and climate control. The set consists of 1/4" and 1/2" copper piping and is supplied on a 5-meter roll. Thanks to its compact size, this roll is ideal for smaller installations, repairs, and assembly work where a large quantity of piping is not required.
The pipes are made of high-quality, flexible copper and have a constant wall thickness of 0.8 mm. This makes them easy to work with and bend during installation. The various diameters are suitable for applications where a 1/4" and 1/2" pipe combination is used.
The copper pipes are fitted with high-quality PE insulation. The insulation thickness is 9 mm for the 1/4" pipe and 10 mm for the 1/2" pipe. The insulation consists of two layers of resilient PE jacket with a closed cell structure on both the inside and outside. This construction ensures good thermal insulation and helps prevent condensation.
On the outside, the insulation features a hard, white protective wall. This robust finish protects the insulation during transport, installation, and daily use. Despite the sturdy outer wall, the pipe remains highly flexible. The insulation is designed so that the pipe can be bent without easily developing creases or damage.
The inner layer of the insulation is heat-resistant up to 110 °C. With a maximum thermal conductivity of 0.043 W/mK, the material offers a high insulation value. This makes this insulated copper cable suitable for professional installations where good thermal insulation and reliable protection against condensation are important.
The cable complies with EN 13501-1 and has fire class BL-s1-d0. The color coding of the protective caps makes it easy to distinguish between the two cable sizes: black for the 1/4" cable and blue for the 1/2" cable.
