The basic rack consists of a modular structure of two uprights and a selectable number of levels, consisting of crossbeams and shelves. The uprights are equipped with the necessary mounting holes for attaching conical hook-in supports (a Fermod patent). These hook-in supports, which can be attached to the uprights at various heights, are made of a highly durable alloy. The crossbeams, which are available in various standard lengths, can then be easily pressed onto the hook-in supports. Finally, the easy-to-maintain plastic shelves are placed between these crossbeams. These are suitable for temperatures down to –30°C.

 

The extension rack consists of one upright and a selectable number of levels. Two extension racks can be connected to a base rack at any time. To create extension connections at a 90° angle (L, U, E, or T configuration), aluminum corner connectors are used, which slide over the crossbeams of the base rack.

Thanks to the conical hook-in supports (patented), the racks can be assembled quickly, efficiently and without tools by a single person.

 

 

When mounting in a corner, corner connectors can be used to keep the corner open and prevent an upright from getting in the way. These special corner connectors can withstand the same load as an upright.
