The surface is made of glass and is particularly robust: we have tested it for you under extreme conditions.

HEAT RECOVERY

Intelligent energy consumption: As an option, each UC machine can be supplied with a built-in "Energy" function, a system for heat recovery from the exhaust air. Here, the energy from the hot steam is used to preheat the cold supply water. This significantly reduces energy consumption, lowers operating costs and ensures that hardly any steam escapes when the machine is opened.

INNOVATIVE WASHING FIELD

The UC series is more economical in use: the optimised wash field reduces water consumption by up to 25% compared to the previous model. This also reduces energy and detergent consumption costs, which further reduces total operating costs. And all this with perfect washing results.

CONNECTED WASH

Digitalisation creates new possibilities in the field of professional dishwashing systems. It also increases safety and efficiency. With CONNECTED WASH, the UC can be networked via LAN or WLAN (WiFi). Your usage data is analysed and evaluated in order to be able to make specific recommendations that optimise your washing process. With the associated app, you always have access to the data that is important to you and you will be notified in the event of a fault.
