The Snowflake GII series is brought to you by Japanese and Danish engineers, dedicated to simplifying the daily work routines of kitchen staff around the world.

The technology behind the performance increase of Snowflake GII is the tropical cooling system that can be used up to +40°C. In addition, the refrigerant of the new generation Snowflake is the environmentally friendly refrigerant R290, a natural gas (HC) that improves performance and significantly reduces energy consumption.

Both the interior and exterior are made of stainless steel AISI 304, which is one of the best choices for a hygienic and food safe cooking environment.

The Snowflake GII SCR-225CGRC is a 4-part refrigeration counter with a net internal volume of 343 Ltr.
