This professional 1000 x 1200 mm expansion frame has been developed to expand an existing roof configuration. The system offers additional space for installing and supporting condenser units, VRV and VRF systems, air handling units, and chillers, among other things.

The extension frame is easy to install and adjust. This allows the structure to be precisely tailored to the roof situation and the equipment to be installed. The system is suitable for various roof types and provides a fast and economical solution for professional climate and cooling installations.

The Alixo Foot measures 305 x 305 mm and is equipped with an integrated anti-vibration mat. This mat helps limit vibrations and contact noise from the equipment. Thanks to the wide feet, the load is distributed across the roof surface.

The waterproof roof membrane does not need to be drilled for installation. This reduces the risk of damage or leakage through mounting holes. The frame is hot-dip galvanized according to BS EN ISO 1461:1999 and the welding is performed according to ISO 9606-1. This ensures a robust construction with good protection against corrosion.

The extension frame has a maximum load capacity of 250 kg and is delivered compactly in a box. When expanding, always check the total load and load-bearing capacity of the entire setup and the underlying roof structure.
