The VALUE VET-19Li electric battery-powered flare tool set is a professional tool for quickly and accurately making flare connections in copper pipes. This complete set is suitable for installers and service technicians working on air conditioning, heat pumps, and refrigeration systems.
The flare tool comes with 5 metric clamping jaws of 6, 10, 12, 16, and 18 mm . This allows copper pipes of various diameters to be worked on without using separate flare devices.
Thanks to the battery-powered electric drive, the flare connection can be made with minimal physical effort. Single-button operation ensures a simple and efficient workflow, especially for jobs where multiple flare connections need to be made in succession.
The device features an eccentrically rotating flare cone with a rotational speed of 120 revolutions per minute . This construction supports the uniform formation of the flare at the end of the copper tube.
An important advantage is the integrated pipe position limiter . This allows the copper pipe to be placed in the correct position before the flare process begins. This helps to achieve consistent and accurately formed flare connections.
The ergonomic handle ensures comfortable operation. Thanks to the compact design, the device can easily be taken to various work locations.
The flare tool is also equipped with built-in LED lighting . This ensures that the work area remains more visible during work in poorly lit technical rooms or installations.
The included 7.4 V lithium battery with a capacity of 2 Ah provides the necessary energy for wireless use. According to the supplier, the battery can be fully charged in approximately 30 minutes .
With a fully charged battery, multiple flare connections can be made in succession, depending on the pipe diameter and working conditions.
The complete set comes in a sturdy storage case . The flare tool, battery, battery charger, and five metric jaws can be neatly stored and safely transported inside.
The VALUE VET-19Li is therefore a practical solution for professionals who regularly make flare joints and value speed, ease of use, and a consistent finish.
