Description
With Purity Steam, calcium and magnesium ions are selectively extracted from the tap water during the flow via an ion exchanger. In addition, the filter material binds heavy metals such as lead and copper and also reduces substances that disrupt taste and odor. Due to the higher flow and lower pressure loss, problem-free use is also possible with larger combi steamers and ovens.

This complete set consists of a pressure housing, pressure housing cover and filter cartridge.

NB:

- We recommend connecting a flow meter to the water softener, this keeps track of exactly how much water has been filtered through the appliance and it will also flash when the filter needs to be replaced
