GREAT STUFF PRO professional PU foams, sealants and accessories

GREAT STUFF PRO™ is a professional product line from DuPont for sealing, filling, insulating, and bonding in construction, assembly, and maintenance work. The range consists primarily of one-component foam products that can be combined with reusable dispensing guns. The system was developed for professionals who want to dispense accurately and perform multiple tasks with the same can.

At HorecaTraders, you can find GREAT STUFF PRO products, accessories, and supplies for professional work.

GREAT STUFF PRO polyurethane foam and sealing foam

Within the PRO Series, various foam products are available for specific applications. GREAT STUFF PRO Gaps & Cracks is intended for sealing openings and gaps and helps limit unwanted airflow through structures.

For windows and doors, there is GREAT STUFF PRO Window & Door . This one-component polyurethane foam has minimal expansion and low pressure build-up and is specifically developed for the space between window and door frames and the surrounding structure. The product adheres to materials including vinyl, wood, and metal, and forms an airtight and water-resistant seal after correct application.

In addition, the range includes GREAT STUFF PRO Pestblock , which is used to seal openings where pests can enter a building.

GREAT STUFF PRO Construction Adhesive and Gasket

GREAT STUFF PRO comprises more than just traditional sealing foam. PRO Construction Adhesive is a professional construction adhesive for subfloors, plasterboard, panels, foam panels, and other building materials, among others. The product adheres to wood, metal, masonry, glass, and many plastics, among others.

Another specialized product is GREAT STUFF PRO Gasket . This is a water-based, flexible one-component foam used to create a compressible seal between wooden framing and plasterboard. The product is intended for, among other things, top and bottom rails and around window and door openings.

A separate PRO Gasket Dispensing Gun has been developed for PRO Gasket. This product and gun must be used as a specific system and differ from the regular polyurethane foams in the GREAT STUFF PRO series.

PRO 14 dispensing guns for precise work

An important part of the GREAT STUFF PRO system is the professional dispensing gun. The PRO 14 Foam Dispensing Gun features a lightweight aluminum housing and a control mechanism that allows the amount of foam to be precisely adjusted. According to GREAT STUFF, this allows a foam bead of approximately 1/8 to 3 inches to be dispensed.

For hard-to-reach places, there is the PRO 14 XL Foam Dispensing Gun . This version features an extended 40-inch barrel, making it easier to perform work in hard-to-reach locations or closer to the floor.

The PRO Series is designed as a complete system of foam, dispensing gun, and cleaner. When a suitable PRO canister remains attached to the gun, various PRO foams can be reused for up to 30 days. This makes the system practical for professionals who regularly perform sealing work.

GREAT STUFF PRO Foam Cleaner and accessories

Proper maintenance of a dispensing gun is important to remove residual, uncured polyurethane foam. GREAT STUFF Foam Cleaner has been specifically developed for this purpose. The cleaner features a surface spray nozzle and a connection that allows suitable dispensing guns to be cleaned internally.

In addition, the range includes accessories such as cleaning cloths and disposable gloves. GREAT STUFF also offers complete Contractor Kits in which various supplies for specific tasks are combined.

GREAT STUFF PRO parts and accessories

At GREAT STUFF PRO , parts and spare parts primarily concern the components surrounding the dosing and application system. The dosing guns are important technical components within the system and must be combined with the suitable foam.

Cleaning products are also important for maintenance. Uncured foam in a dispensing gun can affect operation. Suitable GREAT STUFF PRO dispensing guns can be maintained and cleaned using the designated Foam Cleaner. Different cleaning instructions apply to PRO Gasket: this water-based product and the corresponding blue dispensing gun are cleaned with water and must not be combined with the regular Foam Cleaner.

Additionally, via the parts section of HorecaTraders, you can search for parts and technical products for professional equipment and installations.
