This professional infrared thermometer enables fast and contactless measurement of surface temperatures. Thanks to wireless Bluetooth technology, measurement data can be easily transmitted to a compatible device. This makes the thermometer suitable for temperature checks in professional kitchens, the hospitality industry, food production, storage areas, and technical environments, among others.

The adjustable emissivity ensures that the thermometer can be tuned to different types of surfaces. This allows various materials to be checked more accurately. The measuring range extends up to 350 °C, allowing the device to be used for both regular temperature checks and measuring hot surfaces.

With a distance-to-surface ratio of 5:1, the thermometer measures a surface with a diameter of approximately one unit at a distance of five units. Therefore, for the most accurate measurement possible, the thermometer must be held sufficiently close to the surface to be checked.

The thermometer comes with a NIST-traceable certificate of calibration. This certificate provides traceable documentation of the calibration and makes the device particularly suitable for professional environments where demonstrable temperature control is important.
